Understand the objectives of the DFSP Policy & Procedures; understand the role of the supervisor and their responsibilities in the DFSP program; role of supervisor in policy implementation; critical supervisor skills needed; process of referring employee for drug/alcohol testing for reasonable suspicion or accident
